To produce a sample 3D visuals using Cinema 4D to assess if I can match the same standards as with 3ds Max.
Cinema 4D seems to be the preferred software choice for most studios and creative agencies across London. Personally, I believe it’s because of its ease of use and price in comparison to its competitors. Throughout my career, I have pretty much dabbled in the majority of 3d software but always preferred 3ds Max. Having spoken with few people from the industry, I decided to jump back in with a couple of online courses. I kept things simple by mocking up a workspace scenario that allowed me to do a bit of modelling, texturing and lighting.
I’m pretty pleased with the end result and plan to work more in Cinema 4D, with more animation projects in the pipe line.
